This was the questionnaire i typed up and handed out to 16,17,18,19,30-50 year old individuals.This Questionnaire was created for my own idea on how different age groups see, feel about horror movies. The answers that i received back from the audience now gave me an idea on what i must consider to include in my horror trailers as the reason for creating a questionnaire, coming up with questions that will help me produce a trailer is to attract my target market depending on what genre i pick and what age group my trailer shall be for. The reason why i wanted to create a questionnaire was because i wanted to add my own creation to my research. I wasn't sure about using a internet survey as that would have been more technical than a hand made questionnaire that i ended up designing the layout, typing up each questions and printing out as much needed to hand out to people that suited the age groups as shown in each print screen of the questions and the final results i gathered by looking at each questionnaire and looked mostly into what people preferred the most.
The idea was to print off loads of copies to ages from 16, 17, 18, 19 and Over. These age groups were going to give me a clear thought into what age group most prefers the genre Horror.It was going to enable me to realize what most age group expect to see in Horror Trailers from there dislikes to what they love seeing, what they expect in horror, their thoughts on horror, what was their first horror movie they ever watched and importantly do they like the genre.
The questions was made to be more clear to the audience so they can be able to relate to horror more easily as this questionnaire was mainly designed around the area for Horror and was is expected from the genre itself; the themes inside horror. Such as; COMEDY HORROR, ROMANTIC HORROR, SUPERNATURAL HORROR, SLASHER ETC.
